Chili's Grill - Harrisburg

The Texas Fries appetizer was quite good, loaded with cheese, bacon, and jalapeños. However, it was slightly burnt and took a while to arrive. Unfortunately, the main courses also took a long time to be served, even after the long wait for the appetizer. The ribs were outstanding, falling right off the bone, while the grilled corn had a deliciously unique flavor. The pulled pork quesadillas were very soft, but the fries were again a bit too hard. The crispy chicken was excellent. They did forget my bread, but the waitress quickly rectified that. The cheesecake was exceptional—light, fluffy, and the puree was delightful. I really enjoyed it! On the downside, the bathrooms were quite dirty and lacking essentials like paper towels, with used towels scattered on the floor, making everything appear unclean.

I've had nothing but positive experiences at Chili's (I've been there four times), and the food has consistently been great. The menu is extensive, and the chefs handle it all well. The service is fantastic too—these workers definitely deserve a raise! Keep up the good work, everyone, and kudos for the amazing steak!

Sunday dinner. I hadn't been to Chili's in years and usually don't prefer chain restaurants. I ordered the shrimp tacos, which were just okay. My friend had the smokehouse combo and seemed to like it. The quesadillas looked larger and crispier in the menu picture. We sat at the bar, and the bartender was friendly. The restroom could have used a bit more cleaning. Overall, the experience was average—neither bad nor particularly remarkable.

We had delicious food! Loved the Cajun pasta!!! Unfortunately, the service was not great. Everyone seemed in a hurry! The restaurant was extremely dirty! The floor looks like it had not been cleaned in days! The staff was hanging out in a section ofbooths and they had uneaten food sitting all over the place. The bathroom was so dirty and not clean! No paper towels either.

On January 9, 2022, I enjoyed chips and salsa along with a non-alcoholic beer, steak, steamed broccoli, and mashed potatoes. My husband shared the chips and salsa with me and ordered a bacon burger and fries, along with a seltzer. Everything was delicious, as always! In addition to the chips and salsa, I also had a loaded baked potato soup and a salad, all of which were tasty. We ordered two non-alcoholic Heineken beers as well. My husband tried the shrimp fajitas, which he also said were really good. Our wonderful waitress seated us right away, and we had a lovely time in a nice atmosphere!
