My husband opted for an original Margarita on the rocks and 3 tacos (2 ground beef and 1 chorizo). The waitress was friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service. All the dishes we tried were delicious, and the desserts were exceptional. I enjoyed a large slice of Tres Leche cake, while my husband savored the best Flan he's ever had!
We've eaten at El Rancho a few times and have not been disappointed. The servers are friendly and the food is very good. Nice size portions. My husband gets the grilled tilapia with rice and I usually get either the shrimp or tilapia tacos. The guacamole and chips are good. They added a bar since our last visit which removed a few tables, but that's definitely a plus for people that like to have a drink with their meal.
The only complaint I have was the type of music they had. The food was good but the salsa was bland. It tasted more like tomato sauce with herbs instead of salsa. The chimichanga was good with its cheese sauce. Its pico de gallo with avocado tadted fresh.
Very nice atmosphere. Good variety. However i wasn’t a fan of anything we ordered. I came in due to the posts we saw on their IG about table made guacamole, and a few other items but unfortunately everything i saw online was not being offered when we visited. Presentation of food and drinks was good. I loved the mango drink i had very delicious. However all the food was lacking flavor and the consistency of the rice was horrible way too mushy.
This is probably the best Mexican food I've ever had! I ordered the chicken chimichaga. It was full of meat and fried to perfection. The decor was bright and inviting. Wait staff attentive, friendly and excited about upcoming events. Fantastic place to eat!
