Usually this place is the upper notch. This visit was short staff so the service was slow but pleasant. The beaded beef ribs were very chewing. The General Tsos Chicken was the best as ever. The fried noodles are the best and fresh. Something was in her hot mustard sauce. A little bitter taste. Not the usual recipe. This would not deter me from another visit, but I will stay with normal sitting times.

First visit. I have to share several dishes with business partners from China. Empire is her favorite restaurant while visiting. Favourites were the fish soup and spicy tofu. Beef bowl, rib dish both delicious. Also good, although I'm not a fan of lamb. Eggs and tomatoes. Great experience and great service.
