I bought two 9 inch cheesesteaks they were very dry like to meet with cooked two or three times no sauce and very little steak and cheese very disappointed Service: Take out Meal type: Other Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Frustrated, I requested to cancel my order and asked for a refund, but she said I needed to go through Slice. I contacted Slice again, only to find out that it was up to the restaurant to issue a refund, and Naples was declining because they had already prepared the food. I will be disputing this charge with my bank in the morning since I never received any food. My bill was $27 for two medium subs that should have easily been made and delivered within an hour and a half, given that I live so close. This experience is unacceptable. Naples is refusing to refund me for their inability to manage their orders effectively, and I’m left to absorb the $27 cost. I won't be returning, and perhaps the young lady on the phone should consider taking some customer service training or seeking a different career.

My fiancé and I recently relocated to the area and have been on the hunt for a good pizza place. We tried several spots that were disappointingly bland, almost like eating cardboard. We are absolutely thrilled to have discovered this restaurant! The pizza is incredibly delicious and bursting with flavor, and the cheesesteak Stromboli is out of this world! I typically don’t write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience because it’s just that good. This will definitely be our go-to place from now on! Food: 5/5

The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. The atmosphere was inviting and comfortable, making it a great place to relax while enjoying your meal. I also appreciated the ample parking available, with a free parking lot right next to the restaurant. Overall, this spot is a must-visit if you're looking for a great lunch option at a reasonable price, typically between $10 and $20 per person.
