Rita's Italian Ice Frozen Custard

Staff is great, Italian ice is great, and the price and serving size are salty. Of course, the businesses now are making cups and bowls smaller but increase cost to buyers.

Why does the closing time say 10pm, but as I stroll up at 9pm, they’re closed? Rude employee didn’t even bother to open the window, just yelled at me with it closed. Definitely won’t be back there again.

Staff is always friendly and this is always a treat.

3 stars because staff was friendly. Italian ice was disappointing.

I love Rita's and this one was no exception. The only thing they needed was trash cans that you could discard the cup in after eating. I know they have them because they were stacked up out back away from the customers. Be better
