Starbucks - Harrisburg

I got hardly a cup of coffee for over $6. Crazy. I won't be back here. They keep cheating us. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

The layout of the new renovation is the unwisest use of space I’ve ever seen. They made the area behind the bar massive and took away all the real tables and replaced them with booth seats that are too small for anything beyond an average sized butt. They could have made the working area for employees bigger without eliminating space for customers to enjoy. They need to hire more people. There was a 20 minute wait, and they warned people of it when they walked in the door. Unfortunately it was too late for people who mobile ordered. Absolutely insane to wait 20 minutes in a Starbucks. Photo is of the only size tables they have left.

Walked in, ordered a drink, watched as 4 people walked in after me and received their drink before mine, and left. upon asking, i was told it’s in the queue and should be out soon. how is this possible? gave them a star because there is a nice person working the register Service: 1

This Starbucks never fails me. Staff is always friendly. The drinks are always made perfectly. Service: Take out Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Frappuccino, Cheese Danish
