Wendy's - Harrisburg

Inappropriate staff, inconsiderate language talking about customers in the back very loudly that you can hear it out front, staff just standing around doing nothing while you wait for your food. After several minutes someone FINALLY starts to make your food and then by the time you get your food it is cold. Very rude staff. Disgusting, cold food with missing ingredients (for example lettuce etc) I do not recommend coming here. I know times are hard but it is definitely clear no one at this place of employment wants to work, and from my experience no one does work. Would give zero stars if I could.

I love Wendy's. But this lack of being able to hire is no excuse to give someone cold soggy fries.i have eaten at this location many times. But this is the second time I had bad food at this location. I like the workers but they need a new manager. Better training.

The worst Wendy’s that I have personally ever experienced. Sooooo slow. 20 minutes to get cold food, is not good. Unprofessional staff and management. While waiting for our food, the guy working the register heard some grumbling from the crowd about how long everything is taking and he shouts out” if you want to work behind the counter you can”. I understand that experienced staff is a problem right now, but come on! Filthy glass on the windows and entry doors. No pride in anything at that location.

Excellent quick service.. loved the fries.. so refreshing to get crisp fries ..that too salted.. also well.done lemonades.Stopped en route from Penns Cave.. life saver.. at times all you need is good sandwich and fries with a drink.Checked all boxes

I came ordered a number 3 got half regular half spicy my 5 regular was not cooked all the way my brother went though the drive thur got a $5 biggie bag his nuggets wasn’t done all the way , I called to let them know the gm Gary miller picked up said “ you not getting nothing now I’m hanging up said click “ really hung up blocked my number he need to be fired .
