Wish I could rate lower than 1 star. The assistant manager was extremely rude when I said my chips and burger were cold. I eventually got a refund but not without her disgusting attitude. The manager and other employees were lovely, when I spoke to them on the phone. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: A$20–40 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Absolutely disgusted with their service. I went in on Tuesday night. I was told my payment went through and given drinks. At the next window they said my payment hadn't gone through and to go back through the drive through again. I went inside to speak to the manager as the payment had come out of my account and showed the pending transaction and still have a positive balance in my account. I was refused my meal as I couldn't pay TWICE for the order I had just paid for and told I wouldn't be getting my dinner that night. The payment has indeed honoured just as the approval on the receipt reprinted from your tills. I will return today for a full refund and apology from Cathy. I also want to know why this has happened.. How this is ok that you took payment yet failed to provide me a service? How have your management failed to be trained in such critical areas like problem solving, conflict resolution and customer experience and satisfaction. . . What had happened to Australian customer service? Ashamed. I will NEVER. Use KFC again. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: A$1–20
