We came to brunch on Sunday morning. the waiting staff was slammed and there was a huge waiting queue. we discovered a table out there that was clarified and asked if we could sit there. the waiter said he was back in. a minute to clarify it, but the dirty coffee sauces were left on the table for a good half hour (they were removed only after eating). We ordered two things from the menu and one of our party ordered a roasted ham and cheese croissant from the cabinet. the croissant came out about 20 minutes before the rest of the food, so she began to eat and was done by the time when our breakfast came. the eier benedikt and the Turkish eier finally arrived and turned out to be the bad service. the eggs were perfectly posing and the hummus was really nice. I would rather have flat brot than roasted ciabatta, but it was still good. Finally, it counts, and that's why I gave it a 4th, but it didn't look like the staff at timber ran very efficiently when it was so busy.
I had never heard of this place and was surprised that it appeared while I was looking for a place for a Saturday brunch. beautiful, cozy atmosphere with tables both inside and outside (under shadow.) nothing to blame with service or eating. go next time...for their monthly French toast specials!
We visit timber every now and again and always happy with our meals. Today we had THE BEST Rueban Sarni thick with meat, cheese, pickles etc... almost too much! The fries were overly salty and couldn't finish them but was stoked with the sarni....Other than that, menus were hard to find and staff didn't point them out regardless of me hovering around looking and service was just ok, pleasant, not overly helpful but nothing terrible either. We will still come again.
My wife had smashed avo. Slimy egg and too much lemon juice on the avo. I had eggs Benedict that was quite cold. Disappointing because we have been before and enjoyed it....
