Blacksteer Harrismith

After a long day of traveling, we were looking forward to a nice dinner and chose this restaurant. Unfortunately, we were the only patrons in the place, and the staff's unprofessional behavior made us want to leave. They were quite loud and not at all attentive. The waitress didn't even bother to ask for our drink orders. After we placed our food orders, we waited 45 minutes for our main courses. When our meals finally arrived, my side of sweet potato was ice cold, as if it had just come out of the freezer and been thrown onto a scorching hot plate. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone passing through Harrismith.

Unfortunately, today was a load shedding day, but they handled it incredibly well!

The service was very disappointing. The staff was not friendly at all and seemed to have a negative attitude. Overall, it was a very unsatisfactory experience.
