Capital Ale House - Harrisonburg

We had a phenomenal graduation weekend celebrating at Capital Ale House in Harrisonburg. Our server, Danny, gave us the most wonderful service and was continually anticipating our needs. We will definitely be back soon, and when we do, we hope Danny is working.

I had the club sandwich and fries. It was delicious the sandwich was huge. The waiter was so very nice.

Club Sandwich for the win!!!So I ordered the gluten-free version of the club and substituted the American Cheese for Gruyere. So delicious, great size and only ate half for lunch.The menu had quite a bit available for gluten-free and had fries marked for shared fryer BUT they can now make fries safely in an air fryer. So good!Great place for a quiet lunch but can be a little bit of a wait. I went with a friend so we enjoyed catching up.

Had an excellent time. Danny was a fantastic server, talked to us the entire time and had excellent service. He was super handsome and told me I was “lookin big.”

The food was delicious. They have half off apps after 9PM and $5 off flatbreads on Sundays, which made for yummy, affordable meal, along with a great selection of craft beers. Our server Laura S. was great and accommodating for our larger party of 9, with people trickling in throughout the evening. Will definitely be back and request her :
