That was my first experience and her second with the franchise. we thought we would try. should decide differently. when entering there was not someone in sight (including workers) at least 3-4 minutes. then we put on gloves and chose our size and chose aromen, just to find that the first 3 we tried were liquid. so we chose others. they have at least a lot of toppings. we bought and paid $18 for a medium and small. went to car to eat and after 2 bites I was finished. it tasted terrible. not sure if the mix was wrong or what, but it was rough. my gf said she wasn't good either. I went back to tell them that something went bad with the machine, but no one else was on site. After 3-4 minutes someone came out and I told them the problem, they said they didn't know and well that's all. I said well, check the machines maybe, and have thrown away our articles. never again

I really enjoyed my experience at this chain. Customers get to choose their own flavors of frozen yogurt, add toppings, and pay based on the weight. The best part was the discount offered for correctly answering trivia questions - up to 15% off! I hope they bring this promotion back in the future.

The staff are all very friendly and the place is always impeccably clean!

I spent $30 on ice cream but was denied the birthday discount because I was unaware that I needed to be a member and sign up online. Due to Covid, we haven't visited the restaurant in two years, so I was not informed of this policy. It was difficult to address this issue at the register without holding up the line. Unfortunately, my children and I will not be returning to this restaurant.

Honestly, not that good. Half the yogurt dispensers were not frozen. Candy toppings are stale. Stone and patio no so clean. I've had better experiences at other store, but this one needs improvement.
