Nando's - HARROW

Visit these nandos had a real family vibe! Many thanks to jordan, aleeza and erika that they quickly correct our order and make sure that we were happy and enjoyed our meal. we sat immediately from the smiley sarah, although at first it looked like there was a considerable waiting time. thanks, young, keep the good work!

We go to Nando’s every Tuesday. Staff are amazing. I remember most of staff names. However we had a fantastic experience this time with safin. He was one of the best at customer service.

The restaurant was surprisingly empty when we arrived, which was unusual. The food was delicious as always, and the service was friendly and fast. The restaurant was very clean. However, as we were eating, a lot of people arrived with young children who were climbing all over the soft sofas in the center of the restaurant. This was not ideal for a place like this.

The customer service at this restaurant is excellent and the service is fast. I even sent an email to the management praising the beautiful staff. They made me and my 4-year-old son feel very welcome and the food was delicious. I will definitely be returning soon.

Even though the service was a bit slow, there was a waiter named Jordan who was absolutely amazing. He offered us some chips to snack on while we waited and ensured that all our food was served hot. He also made sure we didn't have to wait too long and even offered us some ice cream.
