Pizza Express - HARROW

They always deliver a fabulous margarita pizza and fresh crunchy salad . Stanmore is airy spotless . My brother had an old classic each qtr was different . A try for next time ?

AWFUL SERVICE FROM PIZZA EXPRESS STANMORE have just left AN EMPTY restaurant (maybe 6 8 tables in use after waiting an hour and all we got were 2 starters! Abysmal service, walked out in the end. Absolutely pathetic, will never attend a Pizza Express restaurant again. This embarrassing treatment has lost you a customer for life.

Have been going to this particular restaurant for years but this time I must say the quality of food has taken a nose dive. The pizzas did not taste as good as it use to, tomoto base is bland. There is something distinctly missing. The callaloni has no tangy tomato taste to it, just cheesy. The desserts were not of the same quality. Brownie was tough and have had better before. If this due to the cost cutting, then this will be the end of the chain. Will not be going there again.

Walked in to a very noisy restaurant on a Saturday night. Had booked a table in advance but it wasn’t ready for our arrival. After being seated, it was over 15 minutes before anyone approached us to take our order, and that was only because we had had to ask for a member of staff. Whilst the food was tasty, it was nothing to write home about and I’m not actually convinced the staff are aware of the requirements for the dessert menu if the menu states meringue kisses as one of the Ingres, you’d think they would actually know to include them before bringing the dish to the table! Given the poor service we had already received, I wasn’t prepared to challenge the staff as all I wanted to do was pay our bill and get out of there. It’s been a long time since I have left a restaurant with a headache due to the noise levels, but that’s what happened tonight. I won’t be rushing back here

Absolutely rubbish, they have hardly any toppings on their pizzas now and are charging more. End of my pizza express days, also more Tabasco and parmesan cheese. Will be going and supporting a local Italian place for sure
