Umami Harstad

My wife and I had a fantastic experience at Umami! After several recommendations by friends we took the trip to Harstad solely to visit the restaurant. 5 courses several tastings. Excellent food, wine and service. Very attentive service without intrusion. Excellently composed dishes, delicately designed and presented with care. All local produce. Highly recommended. Be sure to book well in advance to secure table. In my opinion one of the top five restaurants in northern Norway.

Excellent 7 courses, with 3 different appetisers to start, all served with wine to bring out the flavours. Very knowledgable waiters and chef. The food and wine are the absolute focus in very pleasant surroundings.

The best food we have had in our life. Went here as part of our honeymoon and the entire experience was perfect. The staff were extremely friendly and every course was incredible. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for the best food they will ever have. The price was also very reasonable for the amount of food/service that you get.

Food and coffee here are great. Take a seat in the backyard and enjoy the amazing view as well!

My husband and I wanted to dine at this restaurant but we didn't have a chance to do it. We were denied because we didn't book a table but the restaurant was absolutely empty at that moment!
