Dunkin' - Harwich Port

Terrible service. Got there at 4:58 am the doors were open and 2 ladies said we not open till 5, made me wait 2 min outside for a donut. They seemed so miserable like I’m interrupting there time at work.

I worked here and behind the counter is nasty they keep everything a secret from you never tell you there are flys storming around your donuts when you order them not just that there bagels are in the open never covered welcome to flys sticking to your food!! Simi friendly staff but assume why to much about your personality that’s why they fired me because they somehow convinced upper management I was a down right bad employee when in all respect I am a nice professional guy never would hurt a fly!!! It’s iffy I would kind of recommend this location if you hate people

Very busy, but staff is hard working and polite. Orders are occasionally wrong, but can easily be corrected. I am here probably 3-4 times a week and rarely have a negative experience.

This is a typical Dunkin's outlet, just that it's in a strip mall and doesn't have a drive thru. I ordered my items a coffee drink and a hot snack ahead of time via the mobile app and they were ready for me by the time I got there, so the folks here are super quick and efficient. The food and drink itself is typical Dunkin's: nothing to rave about, just cheap fast food fare. Still, having mentioned the mobile app, I can attest to how its discounts and bonus points offers are super addictive.Note: the insipidly contrived stock images currently dominating this Yelp listing have been uploaded by Dunkin Corporate and do not reflect this particular location a violation of Yelp rules. Who wants to see bare, wrinkly hands and dirty fingernails shoving food or drink into their face? Keep it classy and keep it focused on the food and drink with no distractions whatsoever.

This Dunkin Donuts is the best! The employees are so nice spesificly Erin such a nice person and remembers my order.
