Contribuisci feedbackOrdered over the phone using my Slice the Price card bought through Domino's charities. The card states to either call the store to place the order, or download the app to order online with a code. I elected to call the store, as that seemed like the easiest option. The person on the phone quoted me a price of 10.25. When I arrived at the store the cashier tried to charge me 22.00. And the manager Steven said the same thing. I presented the card with the clear directions on it, and explained what I was told over the phone. They refused to honor the domino's charity card, or the price I was told on the phone. When I caved in, and decided to just buy the product they wouldn't even give me their regular deal on carryout pizza until I asked for that. Steven tried to tell me 22 was the discounted price, until I was able to quote their actual deal. Just incompetence all around. Food was fine. Store was clean.
The so called teenager manager did nothing to resolve their food preparation mistake while try blaming the client. Very combative and refused also to refund money. Go far away from this Domino's. After a 12 hour plus day cook instead of a quick meal from here.

Food is a hit or miss, sometimes you’ll get the best pizza ever then comes the time when you’ll get the most stale and cold food. Service I’d say is worst cuz they just don’t care much abt how you feel abt it Atmosphere… its always busy so barely had a good experience there
I ordered an order over the phone for delivery. The gentlemen was very nice. After waiting 25 minuets for my order the manager calls back ULLIANA or JULLIANA she was so rude. Said we are not in their area when we live 8 mins away from that location. I explained the person who took our order repeated our address 2 times and said it was okay. She said she issued a refund and hung up on us!! I called back and another employee answered and I asked for the manager name. Seems this location has bad management problems because look at the reviews. She didn’t even apologize.
