Contribuisci feedbackWe had a visit in the back ablebuch and went to the close to lunch. both we chose a different variant of cordonbleu. once traditional and once with spinat and gorgonzola. both were not only very nice to look at, but also really good. the pommes were crisp and super seasoned.The price-performance ratio is correct. the wine prices are pleasantly cheap. recommended restaurant
The plaque on the roadside "cordon Bleu" weeks pulled us in, on the terrace next to the parking lot. the service is fast, flow and charming. the chefin and the chef also showed up and asked. the said cordon bleus were good if we had already eaten more juice. the pommes frites crisp. a subsequently ordered vegetables were served within minutes, the garrisons were right, the salat as an appetizer was provided with good dressing and was originally served with a Lemongrass gel. the hot weather led to the fact that the served brot already showed light drying approaches. the served rosé oeil de perdrix was not the great class, the price for 1/2 with 23 francs therefore lush. balance sheet: details can not opaque the successful total impression, gladly again.
Sa in a closed sun room, which was very nice with view of the church over the street. eating was good and plentiful. pretty expensive, but worth it. the Cordon-Bleu was particularly good.
Extremely friendly service, accepted us very late and still with a smile. eating was awesome, especially the bratwurst with roesti. Unfortunately, the side-hearted heated dose seemed, possibly due to the late hour service. beer was very cheap, but low, and each other drink was really expensive. at the end the owner began to smoke himself, we went back to the room stinking after smoke, but still the best bratwurst and rosti I ever eaten.
Il ristorante è un partner Gilde di buon livello situato nel centro di Hasle a pochi chilometri da Entlebuch. Abbiamo cenato scegliendo un menù non tradizionale svizzero. Arredo essenziale ed atmosfera accogliente. Servizio al tavolo molto attento e curato. I piatti sono presentati in modo creativo e con un gradevole gioco di colori. Ottimo accostamento dei sapori ed ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Peccato non aver potuto assaggiare tutte le proposte ed in particolare le interessanti varianti della settimana del cordon bleu!
