Sabi Sushi - Haugesund

Absolutely blown away by the sushi here, original and creative, every part of the meal tasted great. We especially loved the ‘chef’s choice’ option which was a delicious surprise. Definitely recommend.

I would give this full five star if possible. They will veganize all the «vegetar» options. My favorite is chefs choice, always interesting what they make. It always looks and taste amazing. Sometimes they include great tofu. The jalapeño sauce is vegan and sooo good. Fun fact: The chef at this particular restaurant has won the «world sushi cup» in Japan. Great food, service and location. Fresh and beautiful flavor all the way. Separate kids menu. (We will bring them next time Highly recommended
