Cafe Chateau - Havering

Whilst in Romford, we decided to come here for a change. Friendly service. We ordered ham omelette and chips, burger and chips and a jacket potato with beans. Food was good and hot

Absolutely heartbroken to be asked to leave when myself and a friend visited today as our babies were crying. I left in tears as any new mum would! They have highchairs and baby changing facilities but are clearly not family friendly. Appalling treatment and disgusting service.

Because the Golden Lion were not yet serving food, the friends I was with suggested going here. I am glad they suggested it. The menu is extensive and it is good value. I had a lovely massive jacket potato with chilli con carne and salad, washed down with a cappuccino coffee. The service was quick. Worth visiting.

Friendly helpful owner and staff , with possibly the best food and value anywhere . A real treat . Outstanding fish better than most fish restaurants

Really lovely cafe with both indoor and outdoor seating. Fresh as you like and staff really friendly and chatty look no further
