Contribuisci feedbackI don't normally write reviews and I know that don't make a difference but, Came in Thursday looking for lunch, it was busy but its okay that is not their fault. While i was waiting in line they had a printer issue. An employee asked for help and the blonde one was rude in her response and honestly wasn't helpful. The guy who spoke to me first was really nice and even made a suggestion which i took. When I got to the veggies, I felt completly rushed by the blonde girl (who the other employee called Sara) who acted like it was a waste of time I was in line. Cashier was nice. I know it makes no difference to you guys but I won't be returning. I felt unwelcomed part of the way in and that is just unprofessional. The other two were nice.
Went in for a sandwich at lunch yesterday. The guy and the cashier were so nice. The blonde girl in the middle was rude, looked like she wanted to be anywhere else and was completly degrading to the cashier when a question was asked. Instead of helping she just shoved her out of the way. My sandwich was delicious but that blonde girl was not nice.
I ordered online for pick-up at 1:30. I get to the store at 1:30 and it wasn’t ready. After asking me if I was at the right store They told me the printer ran out a little bit ago and they didn’t know how to change it so they didn’t get it. I told them I could just tell them what I got and they told me to wait as they started other orders that came after mine.
This place has consistently gone downhill and only continues to spiral downward. Ordered a sandwich today (2/2/24) at 12:31 through the app to be ready for pickup by 12:50 and finally received my sandwich at 1:05. Meanwhile, five or six other people who came into the store after me were helped and on their way. Only when another gentleman who had been waiting for his preordered sandwich longer than i had been said something, did anyone start making our food. The whole time I was there, the employees were arguing with each other and the female employee was throwing things around and muttering stuff under her breath when they got busy. Overall, this was a poor experience from start to finish and the only thing that saved any stars was that the sandwich was made how we ordered it.
The food was average so I'm not complaining about that, it's exactly what you would expect to eat when you go to subway. The only issue I really had was, and maybe it was just a fluke or a bad day, but the poor girls behind the counter were trying their best to handle the lunch rush and one of them was setting up a catering order so they were in over there head from the start. The line was out the door and there were Doordarsh orders coming in as well. I will give those ladies credit for trying their best to handle everything but shortstaffed would be an understatement. I feel like lunch rush is a pretty consistent thing from day to day so I think putting a couple more bodies behind the counter might help atheist for the lunch rush.Again I want to clarify I don't blame the girls working as it seemed they were doing the best they could with what they had.
