The Paisley Pear Wine Bistro Market

The restaurant had a charming atmosphere with live music when we arrived. However, we were disappointed to find out that the kitchen was closed at 8:30pm despite information stating they close at 11pm. The waitress was friendly and recommended other options, but we left feeling let down.

The food and service at this restaurant are excellent. I would give a rating of 5 for both the food and service, as well as for the atmosphere.

The Paisley Pear is known for its fantastic ambiance. Whether you're looking for a casual lunch or a night out, the owner Shaun and his team excel at providing a personalized and enjoyable dining experience. They are a staple in downtown Hays. Overall, the food, service, and atmosphere all received perfect 5-star ratings.

We don't make it to Hays often, but when we do, it's a MUST stop. Food, service, cocktails and of course the wine is always 10/10. The little shop inside has so many tasty treats and cute gifts. Absolutely love this place. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5
