Tropical Hut Express - Hazlet Twp

I happened to be back home in NJ for a weekend and I was being too lazy to go out for food. So I decided to order delivery from Tropical Hut Express via Yelp (Grubhub). I ordered the pancit bihon and chicken lumpia. The food arrived around a time that was expected and the portions were huge. I can't speak to the service as I didn't order directly from the restaurant and I never visited in person. My delivery driver left my food on the door step and watched me from his car to make sure I got the food so that was a contactless experience. Would I order from them again? Yes!

Ordered the fried shrimp, chicken teriyaki and pork shish kebab (I think it's called something else on the menu). Everything was EXCELLENT. It was the best chicken teriyaki I have ever had. The pork had an amazing sauce as did the shrimp. I regret not having ordered from here earlier.

Found this hidden gem from my neighbor and I have been ordering at least once a week the Chicken lumpia and Empanadas Highly recommend it.

We love the food! Authentic and always fresh! Chicken teriyaki is amazing and my whole family loves the garlic rice. Love the service and the smiles.

Tropical Hut Express is a fantastic place to get Filipino food. The pancit was not oily and tasted great. The lumpia were good and the BBQ skewers were lean. The price is modest and you will most likely want to come back for more.
