Wendy's - Hazleton

I ordered twice, and they made mistakes on both orders within just one hour.

They didn't pack my burger and gave me the wrong drink.

I received the wrong order, and they didn’t put stickers on the drinks to prevent tampering.

They gave me the wrong chicken sandwich. Didnt give me my potatoes. Had extra salt on my "no salt" fries. Horrible service. Cheeseburger was burnt. They always seem to "forget" something with my order. ALWAYS !!

Busy lunch order but it went so smoothly, and right before thanksgiving, no less. I was expecting a long wait and 1-2 items wrong, but it was much quicker and perfect. Terri the manager was hawkeyed, and spotted that there was a discrepancy between thescreen and another customer's order before they had the opportunity to check. Our food was delicious too.
