Valette - Healdsburg

We opted to dine al fresco, and found it to be a serene and peaceful spot with hardly any other diners around when we arrived. The ambiance changed slightly as more tables were occupied, leading to a bit more chatter outside, although still much quieter than indoors. The service we received was exceptional, and the food was also delicious.

The food, service, and overall experience at this restaurant are excellent. After a couple of less than great experiences, we had not visited for a while. However, we are happy to report that they have now returned to the high level of excellence that we have come to expect. This is our top choice for a special dining experience.

Very enjoyable experience, great staff and wonderful food, we ate at the outdoor patio and it was really pleasant.

The menu, food preparation, and presentation at this restaurant were excellent. However, the service was friendly but inconsistent and inefficient. We had to ask for more bread rolls twice before they finally brought them out after we had finished our main course and the table was cleared. The biggest disappointment was the limited wine selection, with few local labels from the Healdsburg/Dry Creek area, and the high mark-up on the wines available.

We ate at Valette twice during our last visit to Healdsburg. The food is delicious and they provide excellent service. They have the best Old Fasion in town.
