Creative, refreshing, and very tasty! The liberty duck breast is not oily at all. And the ahi poke has an avocado that’s coated with egg yolk. Love it.

By far, the best meal I’ve had in a long time. My husband and I dropped in for a later dinner and were so kindly accommodated without reservations. The service from beginning to end was outstanding, friendly, and unpretentious. We went with our waiter’s recommendations for every course and were blown away by the flavors and the creative, fun presentation. Such a lovely experience that was worth every dollar. We are so fortunate to have secured a reservation at Valette! A fabulous meal with absolutely top notch service. We had a large group, so had a tasting menu and every bite was fantastic! Poke, buratta, trout, beef, dessert every dish was well thought out and a true culinary treat.

What a cute, quaint little restaurant with stellar food and wines. It's a fairly small restaurant so most tables were for parties of 6 or less. Service was very friendly. They kept our wine and water flowing and tried to time our dishes well. It gets pretty loud inside with the small space and acoustics. I wish it was a little easier to hear people talk, but it's ok. Don't skip their fresh bread and butter! It's far better than other places. Their ahi tuna, trout, and wagyu steak were all 5/5! And their homemade snickers bar.
