If you have a car, definitely eat here! If you don’t, I highly recommend taking a tour with Black Diamant Tour Company (I specifically suggest the horse and carriage tour that includes dinner). It's one of the best dining experiences in Alaska. With the tour, you get to sample nearly everything the restaurant has to offer. I wish we had more time to return! (Tour music)

On our second night in Healy, we were looking for a quieter atmosphere, so our hotel manager suggested this restaurant. We decided to share the antipasto plate, and we were both thrilled to finally find something fresh! It featured a nice variety of items, although I do wish there were a few more toast points. My favorites were the prosciutto and olives. For my main course, I had the shrimp linguine, which was absolutely delicious. The sauce was fresh and creamy, perfectly complemented by the tomatoes and spaghetti. The shrimp were large and delicate. The staff was also incredibly friendly. I highly recommend this place!
