Denali Totem Inn - HEALY

This review is mainly for the owners of this place. We have met so so many friendly, welcoming, kind people over our last 10 days in Alaska. I am wondering how you could possibly have dug up AND hired the only 2 surly, unfriendly, non smiling, sarcastic, rude men we have encountered since getting here??!! They must be related to someone...I can think of no other reason to place either one of these men as customer contact people. Hotel was clean and breakfast was good.

Wow what a great way to feel part of this majestic land without having to leave the comforts like USB chargers and smart tv's if you want. Easy 2 min or less walk to the onsite pub/restraunt or local food and liquor store across the street. No AC but great fans in every rooms for the rare warmer days. Windows open wide and amazing courtyard with trek deck walkways and gazebo area with beautiful mountains in the background. Free laundry machines and ice/hot water dispensers in the beautifully decorated lobbies. Very nice exercise room as well.

Great price (right before the busy season) for a large, clean, and quiet room. Staff was great. Will stay here again.

We stayed one night and enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean and the staff was friendly. They have a free breakfast that was good. The room was large and had a microwave and a mini fridge.

Great place! Super friendly staff. The breakfast guy needs some work.
