The made a vegan Gröstl, a traditional Austrian dish, and a stuffed zucchini for me, it was delicious! Updated from previous review on 2022-07-29
Hotel Senger is a classic Chalet Hotel with an outstanding view on Austrians highest mountain, Großglockner The owners, Bizi and her Brother Andy, run a mixed-food kitchen but you can order vegan/vegetarian menues also. We stayed there 6 nights and had 4 amazing vegan dinners (on the other days we cooked ourselves or ate at other places). The mushroom risotto was probably the best I ever had. And the roast potatoes with fresh spinach also made us smile
