Congratulations on having the worst-designed parking lot and drive-thru area in New England. I can't even begin to understand what they were thinking.

The coffee here was incredibly fresh and delicious. Although it's a bustling place, the brief wait is definitely worthwhile. I didn't find a single coffee ground in my cup. The staff was very friendly and organized during my visit. Additionally, they have a clean restroom available for customers making a purchase.

Excellent service! However, the layout of the parking lot and drive-thru could use some improvements. During busy times, the drive-thru tends to block a significant portion of the parking spaces.

Avoid this dunkins at all cost during peak hours. It's the most poorly layed out dunkins in New England. The drive thru blocks getting in and out. There are only like 6 parking spots. It's just awful! Only come at 5am or 5pm. Service is OK. Food isaverage. Stay away if you value your sanity with a poorly designed parking lot
