Good portions, hot foods hot; cold foods cold. Owner very accommodating. Took time to explain the menu and type of fish traits. Chef/cook brought plates our to us. Very respectful and kind young man. We'll stop by for salads next. Had whiting today. Cooked to perfection. Little strong flavor for me. Probably from skin on one side filet. Note, whiting has a few bones; mostly on edges. Crinkle fries we so good, and they had season salt that bumped up flavor. Coleslaw is good. Clean unisex restroom. Eat in or take out. Didn't notice if handicapped or not, assume so since next to gas station. Quaint little place. I'm glad we stopped by here.

This used to be our go-to spot for fried catfish for our whole family, but not anymore. The food is usually good, however the customer service has gone downhill lately. The owners are very nice people with very respectful kids who used to work there. It seems like now there are young adults and teenagers working the front and the back of the restaurant. The last time I personally went in the young girl at the counter was acting very strange then proceeded to go into the kitchen where two young men were cooking. They all three were singing, yelling, cursing dancing instead of making my order. My aunt went there yesterday and ordered a family pack of catfish with an extra large container of coleslaw for $2.50 extra. The girl at the counter went over her order made sure she wanted the large coleslaw and not the personal size…well when she got home there was a tiny coleslaw instead of the large one. She also said they were singing/talking loudly in the kitchen. Another recent visit I’m not even sure that we received the correct type of fish. It’s disappointing because I’ve told so many people about this place over the years.

The staff were pleasurable and kept the place clean. Food was hot and a fair portion for the price. I will visit again soon.

Good people, good food. I love their garlic parmesan wings and they're Philly cheesesteaks, can't go wrong.

Driven by this place hundreds of times and never stopped. I regret that now. Excellent catfish. Ordered 3 piece dinner for $13.99. Decided on two extra pieces of fish which was a mistake. Catfish fillets are huge and excellent. Loads of fries. Slaw so so and small. Only two tiny hush puppies. Rather have more hush puppies, less fries. Advice don't buy extra fish. Excellent service from cashier and great interaction with two guys in back. I will be back. I want to try shrimp tacos. Give this unique place a try. You will love it.
