Sweet Decadence at Locantro

We had some extra time before our accommodation check-in, so we decided to try the scones at Sweet Decadence. The cafe has a cozy atmosphere, resembling an old-fashioned chocolate shop. The service could use some improvement as tables were not cleaned between guests and the staff seemed a bit disorganized. However, the scones were absolutely delicious! They were freshly baked, fluffy, and served with sweet jam and cream. Despite the service issues, we were glad we stopped by and would highly recommend trying the scones if you're in the area.

I came to this restaurant with high hopes for good scones, and I was not let down. The scones were some of the best I have ever had! They came out warm and soft, with a perfect accompaniment of jam and cream. The staff were also friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that the cappuccino tasted more like a hot chocolate and lacked coffee flavor. However, I would still visit again just for the delicious scones!

I ordered the premium mint hot chocolate and it was incredibly rich and delicious. The drink even came with a large marshmallow that was half dipped in chocolate, which was a delicious touch. The coffee was decent as well.

I really enjoyed sipping on my tea and eating moist and delicious scones by the fireplace.Lovely atmosphere, especially in winter. I recommend this place for an afternoon tea in Daylesford
