Very friendly staff. the steak of my manne was not properly cooked and once they noticed that they were not more helpful. they insisted to renew our two commands, as they said, that we wanted to enjoy our meal together, even though I had eaten half of my steaks. excellent customer service other resteraunt could learn from them. the beautiful welsh frmale manager even tried to deny our tipp as steak was wrong, and then thanked us and insisted that she would pass it on to the team. highly recommended

Had lunch yesterday 21 May and our waiter was Adam. he was great. very polite and helpful. our meal was really good. also hot. my nephew had a childbread and he enjoyed it. had a really nice time. we didn't have to wait long, either for our meal.

Very clean restaurant, nice eating and a good price, staff was very helpful and polite. I had a nice lunch, thank you.

My wife and I had a great start in the day with breakfast in this beautiful pub. karen and amanda looked at us so that we with friendly and happy service. the traditional breakfast was delicious and well cooked. the chef even came out to wish us happy new year and check that eating was to our satisfaction. a perfect start in the day. highly recommended

We had the misfortune of visiting this place for lunch. 4 unspeakable burgers 1 inedible sirloin steak! Service ok but food terrible. Cold chips, rubber steak dried up thin over cooked burgers. The sweets were ok, obviously bought in so of a reasonable quality. £90 bill including tip! We will do what we usually do in these situations, vote with our feet steer clear of Beefeaters!
