Domino's Pizza - Herkimer

Worst experience EVER! We stopped by to ask if this location honors the any two or more for 6.99/7.99 deals with the gluten free crust. The commercial on TV specifies the gluten free crust is now included, and our local store has always honored it anyway. The Mohawk location said, yes they would honor it. So we placed an order for a gluten free pepperoni and a whatever crust the deal covers pepperoni pizza. Was told it was for a large crust. Ok, sounds good. But it came to $22... 2x 7.99 is 16. Was told the best they could do on the gluten free was 9.99. So 10 and 8 are still 18. I questioned it and was told that was the only way he could get the computer to take the order. So no, they didn 't honor the special. Wouldn 't have wasted my time, but I was in serious pain and just wanted to get home. So I hand him a gift card and asked repeatedly what the balance was. He told me $3 and change. I said well, that doesn 't cover much, and hand him a $20. He looks at me funny. Then he says oh, I mean there 's $3 left now, it was a $25 card (I thought it was a 10). So instead of giving me the balance, he already charged the card. Too late now. So we wait for the pizzas. Out come two gluten free pies. We tried to get it fixed and he refused to make the order right. So we said we wanted a refund if we couldn 't get what we ordered. He refused that too. He said go ahead and call the number to complain because it 's just the store number and he is the manager, and if we talk to the owner he would side with him. Said he could play the video back and prove the order was placed that way. We said please do, we specified one gf, one regular multiple times. Funny how right on the box it says good experience guaranteed. We will be following up with this. This guy screwed everything up from the get go- saying yes to the deal, running the card when I asked for a balance, overcharging us, and giving us the wrong order. Plus, it was burnt. NEVER EVER DEALING WITH THIS LOCATION AGAIN!

They are the rudest people! Couldn’t even get our pizza right and when my husband called back, got nothing but an attitude! Never again! Also food was terrible!

Went here at midnight after a cornhole event. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating. The pizza was very good, and the store was very clean. I actually have had a horrible experience with Domino's in the past- but they definitely changed my mind, and I'm glad we gave them another shot. Not this store)

Ordered a pizza with pepperoni, mushrooms and extra cheese. Picked up a pizza with pepperoni only. Pizza was luke warm, no mushrooms or extra cheese and dry as a bone. Not a happy customer.
