Herkimer Gyro Food Trailer

This is 3 times in a row this damn place ihas disappointed me !! 1st off if you are going there you better expect you'd better expect your wait time to be anywhere's from 15 to 30 minutes.. Secondly you better hope they have what you order as most of the time they run out of chicken. The drive-through is no faster. I went there 2 weeks ago, and 3 pieces of chicken had no skin on them and I never got the gravy for the potatoes. Don't ever throw their biscuits at a wall because you will have a hole! Earlier this week I went there assuming that they just had a bad day. The chicken was so dry it was little chunks and this was supposed to be a 3 piece original meal which came extra crispy. Had to throw it out. Unfortunately on both occasions you can't take it back unless you plan on waiting for 20 to 30 minutes. The place is a literal dump to add to it. My mother came up from North Carolina and just went there today. Again they were out of chicken. They told her it would be a 20 minute wait. Mind you, that is excluding the 15 minute wait just to place an order. This place needs to be shut down or they need to get an adult in there to supervise.NASTY NASTY NASTY

I went to a Utica blue sox 's game last night and got 4 free taco passes and i have to buy something so i can get a free taco and i went to KFC/ Taco bell and i told the cashier that i had them and she told me Let me ask my boss and i will let you know she came back and she told me that they don 't do that. like i said before worst service ever never going to KFC/ Taco bell ever again so yeah that 's all i have to say about that one.
