Hang down an amazing meal. our meals were perfect and I could not have asked for better service from the host and wait staff. we're going back!

Great food. great location right on the Erie channel. friendly and professional staff. the erie canal cruises drive all summer next door! it is a day full of fun and great eating!

Drive from Canada to home and thought for a great lunch. all windows face the channel. they also operate a cruise service if they have time to check it. Eating was excellent. that will be our new midday place.

I wanted to try this place for a past, but unfortunately it will never come again. my friend ordered a steak boiled medium rare, but it came very well done. she apologized and politely asked if she could have another cook as she ordered. the server apologised also profusely to admit it was very obviously good-done. the chef (and owner, I believe) returned with our server, put the original steak back and told her it only looked well done “because of the marinade.” he told her if she ate it, she would like it. she didn't want to cause a scene, she didn't push herself, but felt pushed through his answer and his demeanor into a corner. as soon as the cook went, the server apologized. it was one of the most unpleasant situations I have ever experienced in a restaurant, and would never go back, or recommend this place to everyone.
