The Spot Vegan Vegetarian

My husband and I were looking for a simple yet healthy meal, and this place exceeded our expectations! The food wasn't excessively oily like some vegan options can be. We enjoyed a dish with brown rice and the most deliciously topped greens. We also had fresh carrot juice made right on the spot!

The food was delicious! I ordered one of the combo meals and was thoroughly impressed. I especially loved the hard taco shell and the homemade veggie side. The staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was lovely.

Delicious food and a fantastic location right on the beach! My favorite dish was the veggie burger, which I opted for instead of the enchiladas. It’s the best veggie burger I’ve had in my 50 years as a vegetarian and my last 10 as a vegan. The menu offers a wide variety of options. I also tried the blueberry cake, which was delightful and not overly sweet like many others I’ve had. It would have paired perfectly with vegan ice cream, but I decided to take it home. My father loved the ice cream as well. We’re back (near OC) and will definitely recommend this place to our vegan friends in the LA area!

A vegan and vegetarian café popular on Hermosa beach. The service has always been excellent. The portions are great. Can't get better for a small legendary café!
