Contribuisci feedbackI ordered two mobile orders for my son, and the pick time was 8:45 am. I arrived on time, but the food wasn't ready or processed. After 10 minutes, she waited asked the staff, and she said mobile orders were still not in process and asked to wait another 15 minutes, but meanwhile, she was taking charge in the store and making their orders ready. After that, I asked again, and she only gave me a drink and said to wait for a sandwich. Again we waited 10 minutes and tried to ask her, but she didn't care about us. I was already late for my job and waited more than 30 minutes for the mobile order then went with only the drinks. I don't know what they did with my sandwich; they already took money from my account. They treated me like I was begging for food.If a manager or the owner wants to check it, the date is 07/27/2023, from 8:45 am to 9:15 am.
If you plan to order ahead of time, make sure to order an hour ahead because they’re ALWAYS late. One time we ordered coffee, our drink was ready 30+ minutes after the said time in the app. I’ve seen them arguing behind the counter before. Today they made 2 of 3 drinks incorrectly and it’s just disappointing considering how much the drinks are. We are no longer coming here. We will go to the Starbucks in the outlet.

DO NOT DO AN ONLINE ORDER OR DOORDASH. 15 or 20 people will come in and order and get their order before. Probably will take anywhere from 20 to 30 minutes past estimated time. And if you do order there its horrific service. They purposely ignore you. No customer service. I'm a doordash driver and I really hope the manager sees this but by the way its run I'm guessing theres no manager. I've done over 3000 deliveries this location and Panera in Hummelstown are by far the slowest and have the worst customer service.
