The staff were friendly and the coffee was great! Our young daughter even commented on how nice the scrambled were! Would recommend for couples and families. Thank you for a great start to our day!
Says gluten free options on the menu, as I’m sure ANY allergy sufferers will agree, finding somewhere that says gluten free is a life line when staying away. It said GF options on the website. We rang ahead and the person on the phone couldn’t hear us. We turned up and when we asked if they had a GF menu they said no. I asked if they then had GF options and just got told “no”. And pretty much shown the door. They didn’t even try to help!! So very misleading and made me just feel awful. I didn’t choose the coeliac life, the coeliac life chose me a little bit of empathy and maybe a “I’m really sorry” goes a long way. Anyway, we found Barracuda a few doors down which does GF bread and it was good service and delicious! Go there instead
ALWAYS EXCELLENT! We live in the Cotswolds but come up to the area once a month, usually for a week. The coffee here is the best for miles around, and the food and service is always excellent. My wife loves Ben's omelette for breakfast, although it is too large to eat in one go! All the owners and staff are friendly and helpful. The menu is extensive with something for everyone. We can highly recommend Ben and Ollies, and if you are in the area, it is well worth a visit!!
Best breakfast ever. Particularly like the fact you can keep your eggs, tomatoes and beans separate. Lovely crew too
Took my aunt out for lunch at this very busy restaurant. Service was efficient and the food enjoyable, and the prices are reasonable. Quite nice ambience and décor. My main criticism was the acoustics. The place was full and loud, and not conducive to conversation. Would still revisit.
