Mcdonalds Restaurants - Hertsmere

Kelly the staff manger was saying we couldn’t sit with our friends due to covid when they was 6 on the other table. She was so rude and made my friends little sister move. McDonald’s borehamwood

This is by far the worst McDonald’s in the Uk. Doesn’t get orders right. Staff and managers are rude. A manager refused to serve me in the drive thru as he wouldn’t take my 1.99 survey receipts. A customer queuing behind got out of his...car and told the manager to calm down as he was being aggressive. The manager is called Mohammed and really he isn’t equipped to deal with customers. I had to drive to London Colney. Which provided a completely improved service. McDonald’s customer service has responded to by complaint stating they will send by feedback to the store. Wow. They then sent me a further survey to ask how they handled my issue. Still haven’t had a response.

I ordered 9 nuggets I got charged for 9 nuggets I was expecting 9 nuggets I was betrayed... I got 6 nuggets I have an empty stomach where nuggets???? :

There were two missing items on my order so I called the restaurant, explained the problem, they said they would check and they hung up on me! Tried to call again several times and the user was busy. They probably left the phone out of...service for some time. Very disappointed

Will not be keen on coming back to this establishment unless customer care improves in the future. I politely asked if I could order, then the man servers somebody else and did not even take my order! Kept waiting for another few minutes.
