Staff friendly helpful. Dinner was amazing. Breakfast very good with lots of choice. Amazing views attractive outdoor areas.

We got married at Hever Hotel on 30th August. We booked in November and from that day the staff were amazing! So helpful, responsive and attentive. They helped us seamlessly plan every detail and were a pleasure to work with. We also got a great package and the team were really accommodating with our requests. Everyone commented on how lovely the food was and there wasn’t one complaint from any of my guests about anything. The rooms are spacious and good value for money. The only constructive criticism I have is that the drinks are quite expensive. Other than that I cannot recommend Hever Hotel highly enough. Special thanks to Simon (manager), Catherine and Maisie (events planners) for making our day so special you’re all amazing xxxx

Would not recommend ????. Had to attend a 90 min presentation which was supposed to be of hotel but was basically a time share and a massive con did complain but hotel not bothered don't reply to any of your comments. Disappointed

Lovely hotel. clean rooms, polite staff and delicious food.

After numerous attempts via phone calls and emails, my mother still has not received a response regarding our stay in September or information on how we can get a refund. The hotel claims they have reached out to all guests regarding their stay, but based on the reviews I've seen, it seems like we were the only ones who didn't receive any communication. I would not recommend this hotel at all.
