Wendy's - Hialeah

Food and customer service is good...but i think they need to clean better windows and chairs

This Wendy's was very nice and clean, the service was fast, and friendly and the food was really good.

If I could give this place a zero I would!!! There is a manager that goes by the name of Mario that is super rude!! I walked into the lobby to order some food with my fiance and he just kicked us out saying it was closed. I showed him the sign outsideclearly saying the lobby closes at 10. We came in at 9:30 so we had time to eat and leave. He was super rude and cursing atanother customer. Super unprofessional!!!! Never coming here again.

Lotta space to Eat, staff is cool they attentive. I got there for the soda machine it's incredible

Arrived in the drive-thru and was told to wait a moment, that moment turned into about 3-5 minutes. Once placing my order and arriving to the window a young lady then asked what did I order? That?s crazy! I repeated my order she responded with what? Irepeated my order in which she then handed me my order. Lack of customer service to say the least! They could take a note fromthe world?s top rated fast food restaurant Chick-fil-A?I will choose next time?one star ?? was too much!
