Three of us ordered wings while one person opted for a salad. After a 30-minute wait, the salad arrived, but it came without any dressing. It took an additional five minutes to receive the dressing. Fifteen minutes later, my wings arrived, but I didn’t receive the ranch dressing, carrots, celery, or the side of Blazin' sauce I had requested. I asked for the ranch, carrots, and celery, which I received, but the celery was frozen and covered in ice crystals, making it unappetizing. Five minutes later, I asked again for the Blazin' sauce, and after another ten minutes, I inquired once more about it. Finally, five minutes later, I got the sauce, but by that time, my wings had cooled down significantly. The other two guests still hadn’t received their wings yet. After waiting an additional 30 minutes, we asked about their orders and were informed that they had run out of wings and were trying to resolve the situation. Eventually, the last two orders of wings arrived, but the others were so frustrated by the long wait—nearly two hours—that they didn’t feel like eating anymore. When we requested our checks, we noticed that we were charged BOGO 50% instead of the BOGO deal we expected. The bartender/waitress insisted there was never a BOGO promotion, only BOGO 50%. At this point, we were all exasperated and requested to speak with the manager. She apologized and acknowledged that they were aware of the ongoing issues and were attempting to fix them, yet she didn’t offer any compensation for the disappointing experience we had just endured. As we were leaving, we spoke with a waitress who had been at the location for several years, and she confirmed that the wings were indeed BOGO, not BOGO 50%. Despite our grievances, none of us received any compensation. I don’t plan on returning to this restaurant again, and I believe this location should be closed until they can address their numerous issues. My last two visits here have both ended in similar dissatisfaction.
Our waitress jessica was literally one of the most rude and inhuman waitresses we had ever lived in our lives. between the grilling of my 7 yr old child for a pass when she asked for a pepsi and she to clam up and shut down, brought our drinks 30-45 min after we sat with the host take our order, disappear for another 30-45 min, bring the totally wrong food (that was cold and had clearly sitting for a because) and then try to get over with me how it was proper and the totally obscure I will say the manager was the saving gnade for the night. she was very professional and pleasant to speak and compose everything. they need more people like them.
We usually love bw. tonight we arrived at 9:45 a.m. and were denied to a table because they closed at 10. I spent 22 years in restaurant and retail management and never turned a customer away before I close. the online session is listed at 12 midnight. there are no closing times on the door, so do they open them as they go along? Yes, we are a party from 4 to bogo boneless night. but our tab would have been at least $60 and our server would have been very well tilted. I wonder how much this load goes off from the 8-10 cars that were drawn when we were gone. Usually we visit this place 2-3 times in the month. I am not sure that I do not visit from now on east coast wings on the other side of the road. the company will be called tomorrow.
Literal the worst experience we ever had at a buffalo wild wings. during our journey to home we stopped for lunch. we should have known when the parking space was empty that our visit was less than stellar. we had a server that was new but very badly trained. a person in our party waited for 20 minutes for a beer from the bar. We had to ask for everything and ask for a server to check our foods and drinks. it took an hour to get our food in a rather empty restaurant and if we have our food, it did not improve our experience. burger was overcooked. two boneless wing tones came out as one, they had to share a plate and label the wing sauce were wrong. fries was cold. it was eating and if we weren't so hungry, we would have left. When she brought out the wings, we had to clarify which wing sauce was on the wings. they were all mixed together, although there were two aromes. my friend found out how to be the wild sauce. it was a terrible experience, and we will never return and neither should it. train their staff, the manager should be visible and actually working, and the kitchen needs help while cooking food.
I had a hankering for wings, and having had a good experience here a while back, we stopped in.The good part was our waitress. She was great. Attentive and available, she was a very positive element. The rest was mediocre. The wings were luke warm and tough, though the sauces and sides were good. All in all the experience the experience wasn't negative enough to cause me to not want to go back, but I've definitely had better elsewhere.
