Carrabba's Italian Grill - Hickory

I had the mozzarella cheese sticks and chicken parmesan with pasta. The food was perfectly cooked and absolutely amazing. It's the best Italian food I've had in the area. My server was excellent—friendly and helpful. I asked her if I could sit in her section next time I come back, and I definitely plan to return!

It was my first time celebrating Mother's Day at this restaurant, and we sat at the bar to order. The bread was both soft and crusty, and I couldn’t resist dipping it in the olive oil and spices – it was simply delightful. I ordered the shrimp and scallops with sautéed broccoli, while my friend opted for the salmon. I found it hard to take a break because the dishes were so delicious; I wanted to keep eating, even though I only had one plate. The bartender, who wore a cute clip-on, was fantastic and took great care of us. I truly appreciated the special atmosphere on Mother's Day, and I can't wait to come back for the sausage and mushroom dish and the cannoli cake for two that I shared with my son.

The service was excellent—quick and friendly! The food was fantastic; I had the chicken parmesan, and it was amazing! I also tried Ashley's steak and Ronnie's dish, and everything was delicious.

My man and I wanted to try something else when the hostess tells them that a server in a section does not want to take tables anymore. first, why would they tell me that the older bartender didn't want to take tables anymore, because they sat 6 people on the bar, find another server and let them help us. no problem better nor will we take our money elsewhere. not hospitable. not how they treat paying customers. if they do not want their job to stop if their body can not physically go to rent or cut back to hours. Help. are not rude to new customers who do not return.

Typically I have really good experiences here. The food was good and our waitress was the sweetest! My problem was the hostess. We put ourselves on the waitlist online, when we arrived my mom went in to see if our table for 6 was ready. The lady at the stand told her that our entire party needed to be there before we were sat. While waiting on my sister to join us, the lady asked if we needed a high chair for my 1 year old, I told her no because it was late and she was going to stay in her stroller. The lady immediately rolled her eyes and said there wasn’t room for that and that she would have to go get a manager. Now I get that sometimes it’s really crowded in there, but tonight it was not crowded at all, most of the tables were empty. So it really upset me that she was making a big deal out of it. She was gone for a while and when she came back she got an attitude because we had 6 people, plus my 1 year old who wasn’t even eating. She said she’d just have to sit us in between the island and the table, again no big deal I usually just push my daughters stroller under up under the table so she can nap while we eat. Overall the lady was just nasty and rude for absolutely no reason and set an irritating mood for our diner. Luckily our sweet waitress made up for it. But to the hostess, please do better and be kind to mothers just trying to enjoy a night out with their families and trying to make sure their babies are comfortable.
