Ihop - Hickory

The restaurant offers excellent customer service and delicious food. The establishment is very clean and sanitary. Due to COVID seating restrictions and the number of people present, there may be a slight wait to be seated, but it is typically only around 15 minutes.

I must say, the host/server, George, is absolutely fantastic! The best experience I've ever had in any restaurant. There should be more people like George in the world. We visited a few mornings ago and I was truly impressed. His vibrant personality brightens up the entire restaurant.

My last visit to Ihop in Hickory was disappointing. The pancakes were undercooked in the middle, the bacon was overdone, and the eggs were not cooked to my preference. Additionally, the coffee had a burnt, unpleasant taste.

Curbside Pickup was a nightmare experience? had associated attitude that we must come inside to find our order as if we were in the wrong, because we were under the impression that that was what kurbside pickup should implicate. It was implied that we looked too good to get inside to pick up the order? The order that was right after this other employee was rude that we could not get us out in the car to bring us out?!!! Because we were told that we should come inside to look for, since we were first, what we should do. what makes us not to be in the car? then I saw the one apology for a cursed crepe!!! When I was amazing before Ihop when I had ordered that same meal. Never again after this morning go cheerfully around half a crepe and some other burnt things. I expected so much better. I recommended it to my girl she had never eaten there. I said it was so good and that made me look silly.

Hostess had no idea how to pick up people. she kept saying that we are next and three groups of people are sitting before us, and we were next. the service was okay, we had a date to come and tell the waitress so she did the best to get the food out. it was vaterday and they were busy, but there was little to no organization when it came to sit. also the restaurant was not clean and falls apart
