Mcdonald's - Hickory

The local cookout and nearby Wendy’s dropped their standards (literally got sick twice from each place) so I settled for McDonalds the next time I wanted a burger. I was pleasantly surprised with crispy nuggets, a good burger, and fresh fries (I was quite hungry). The tables have turned it seems. I’ve gotten food from here quite a few times in the past few months and my orders have been right, fresh, and good. Not to mention, one of the few local places I’ve seen consistently following COVID protocols which gives a piece of mind these days.

Power is out and they have breakfast ready. Crew here on Springs rd is really nice. Bless the lady at the register for helping me with my coffee order this morning.

Decently fast drive thru and so far no incorrect orders

I just wanted to write a review when someone who worked there before. the people say it goes downhill and they do not know why, it is a lack of guidance. the people go and chat around the clock. the people eat whenever they want. the people cook in the back? Yes, they do, and I will tell you that eating out of the mouth falls into the food. stuff falls on the floor and the people don't care. incorrect entries are delivered around the clock. many of the time, the higher management will expire to clap or just hang so that teenagers let everything run themselves. I used to have the pass, the front counter and all at the same time. attacked by employees, not the best working environment, leading to low-quality eating and customer service. the people are right that this place goes downhill and therefore do not recommend to work or eat here.

And ordered to go over the kiosk. the inner seemed clean, eating was fairly fast prepared, and the staff was polite. Food: 5/5
