Pizza Hut - Hickory

After a tornado hit Hickory, only two businesses in the entire city were still open: Pizza Hut and Waffle House. Despite the challenging circumstances, I believe the workers and management did an exceptional job accommodating the large influx of people in need of food. The pizza and wings were also delicious.

I really enjoyed my experience at this restaurant. Manny was an excellent server and the food was delicious.

My partner and I visited this restaurant yesterday to grab a bite after exploring the city all day. The place wasn't too crowded, so we decided to give it a try. We initially sat at a table that wasn't very appealing, but we decided to switch tables. Our food arrived quickly and our server was very friendly, patient, and helpful. I would choose Pizza Hut over Domino's any day!

Unbelievable. I ordered pizza to pick up and it was wrong. the personal was very polite and said I could keep the pizza and they would fix me another one. since I patiently waited for another 45 minutes, I observed that every single person who had ordered the pick-up of their order was wrong. everyone has the same polite answer that they could keep their pizza and they would make them another. then I noticed that even the people in whom it was fed received false commands. if they want a bogo today, the day is. I don't know who owns this franchise, but the place can't make a win. Good luck. I rated this as 2 stars, as the personal was at least apologetic and my 2nd pizza looks like it was good.

Great eating as usual. they simply have geduld when they call in a phone system, have problems. best to make their order online or in business for a few days.
