Subway - Hickory

Go to Jersey Mike 's, Firehouse Sub or Public down the street for your sandwich. Place an online order at 11 for pick up at Noon and still wasted my lunch time waiting. On top of the the Bella Moz premium sub was supposed to have Fresh mozzarella patty like in the ad, it shredded mozzarella. Avoid this place at all cost.

I placed an order online and when I arrived at the restaurant, the worker informed me that he couldn't find the subs. He mentioned that he didn't know if they had been discarded or dropped on the floor. I couldn't believe that he would say that to a customer. How could two footlong subs just go missing? It was a total lack of professionalism. He mentioned that he had received multiple orders recently, but it seemed like he hadn't even started on the subs as there was bread sitting on the counter waiting to be assembled. I am extremely frustrated with this experience.

I placed a takeout order and when I went to pick it up, they asked me, "Are you the one who ordered five sandwiches?" and questioned why I needed that many sandwiches.

There was a rude customer in the store, but I have to give credit to the staff working that day. They handled the situation well and my sub sandwich was delicious!

They never seem busy around nighttime. I try not to visit this store as much just for their music selection. Always religious songs and brain dead employees make it seem like a cult.Update 2022. God has left the building!
