Called in an order at 8:42pm, fully expecting to be turned away, but Josh was super nice and took my order. Got there at 8:48pm and it was ready to go for me! No order issues and a big bag of chips. I can also say that as someone who is pregnant and coming out of my first trimester, I have had dreams about the tomatillo salsa. Will be ordering by the pint next time.
They always get our order wrong. I don’t know what they have against me but they never give me my shredded cheese, and I who wants a burrito/bowl without any cheese…. Other locations are way better, but this one is the closest to our house. Last time we went we debated even ordering here because of previous experiences, and should have listened to our own advice because it was not good. It was like nothing was seasoned, the chicken the rice, and they forgot my cheese… again.
My only complaint is Barberito’s is stingy with the cheese dip!! At least have the employees fill the cups up!! Smh.
Not my usual Barberitos spot, but a great location that wasn't too busy. Would consider going back to this one more often.Parking: Plenty of parking, but hard entering and exiting the area without committing to many U-turns upon leaving.
Love Barberitos at Heron Village in High Point! The food is always fresh and delicious. I highly recommend the chicken quesadilla but the salads and bowls are great, too. Lots of healthy choices. There's usually a little bit of a line during lunch but they keep it moving quickly. I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes. The facility is always clean and the staff is always friendly. Antwan and Wayne on the leadership team are awesome! They greet you when you come through the line and if you are a regular customer, they always ask if you are planning to have your regular. They just know. It makes you feel very welcomed. I like that. Another reviewer mentioned the tight parking which is accurate. It's only an issue during lunch but the good thing is this is a complex so you can always park in another area and walk down the sidewalk. I haven't experienced the limited seating that was also mentioned. It's usually solo eaters so I feel like they finish up and move on fairly quick. This is probably my favorite spot for lunch. I occasionally visit on the weekends and there's less hustle and bustle as opposed to weekdays. They also do a big take-out business. You must give it a try.
