Chu's Express - High Point

This was some of the nastiest food I have ever eaten. We ordered take out January 20th via Postmates, apparently the menu prices displayed on the postmates app aren’t correct because later in the day Friday they charged us an extra $18 for the food after the fact. So if you order through them, beware. Now back to the restaurant, the food was piping hot, so I know it wasn’t because it was delivered late or anything. The noodles were just mush, tasted like they had been made hours ago and just sitting. The rice was so over cooked, and the chicken was like eating rubber. The sesame chicken was bland, definitely not like any I have ever had before. I didn’t know you could mess up Chinese takeout this bad. Also, the prices are insane. Over $60 for lunch for disgusting food. I normally don’t post reviews but I don’t want anyone else to have the same experience and waste their money.

Tried the yum yum shrimp was very fresh and delicious. There vegetable fried rice is awesome! They have a new customer!

Great food and great service but long hair guys have to cover or tight, A hair was in my food.

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would! The food was terrible! We ordered General Tso's chicken with vegetable fried rice and a vegetable spring roll, as well as sesame chicken with pork fried rice and another vegetable roll. The rice was clearly overcooked, and both chicken dishes were lacking in flavor. But that wasn't even the worst part! Less than 10 minutes after trying to eat what we could, we ended up on the side of the road throwing up! To make matters worse, the fortune cookies had no fortunes in them, and they tasted stale and old! We called the restaurant to let them know that something might have been wrong with the food, possibly the chicken. The manager's response was simply, "I'm sorry, but I don't know what you want me to do about it."
